Laptop black screen but will turn on Solution

I recently ran into an issue where my laptop screen wouldn’t turn on, even though the laptop itself seemed to be running (I could hear the fans and see the power lights). After some searching, I found a solution in a YouTube video that worked perfectly for me. Here’s what I did:
1. **Turn off the laptop completely** (if it wasn’t already off).
2. **Unplug the laptop** from the power adapter and **disconnect the adapter from the power outlet**.
3. **Press and hold the power button** for about 60 seconds. During this time, the laptop might turn on briefly and then shut off again—this is normal.
4. After the 60 seconds, **plug the power adapter back into the outlet** and **reconnect it to the laptop**.
5. Finally, **turn the laptop back on**.
This method worked instantly for me, and my screen came back to life! From what I understand, this process helps reset the laptop’s hardware by clearing any residual power and resolving temporary glitches that might be causing the screen to stay black. If you’re facing a similar issue, it’s definitely worth a try before taking more drastic steps!
